My name is Rose but since I can remember everyone was calling me Rosie and well it just kind of stuck! 

I started my baking journey 2 years ago as fun hobby and a way to express myself through food. I started with no intention of making baking a career opportunity but with the support and motivation from family and friends I decided to make my true happiness and passion for baking a full-time occupation.

I have always pushed myself to the best of my ability and pride myself in the details of anything I create. I am a firm believer in working hard and having a tremendous amount of fun along the way!
