Please be aware that I am one person and I will try my best to get back to you within the day, if I fail to do so please refrain from double messaging or messaging from another source as it will push your enquiry further back.
Delivery and pick-up are both available at Rosie Posie Cakes as we try to accomodate you as much as we possibly can! Just send me a message requesting a time that suits you and I will try and accomodate you!

Payment & Orders
Please note a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot, remaining payment would be due 1-2 weeks before order is due or on date specified by me.this is only for orders above $100, anything under this price will need to be paid in full and is non-refundable. 100% of payment will be non-refundable if cancellation is made within 5 days of your event.
If deposit or payment hasn't been made during required time, your order will not be confirmed and you will need to reorder. your spot may be taken if payment has not been made.
Please be aware that I don't take on any orders more than 2 months in advance, unless discussed previously.
Please don't make a payment if its past due, you will need to provide banking details for a refund.
When making an order at Rosie Posie Cakes, know that you have chosen my styles and/or techniques for your order. This means that they are placed in my creative hands which are free to create with my style of decorating. If you wish to have particular piping styles and/or other particular additions it will therefore become a custom cake and will be priced accordingly.
In regards to reference photos, if they are not mine please note that i cannot copy someone else's design. your reference photo is an inspo photo which i will use as the base of my work. Even if the reference photo is my initial work, it will not be exactly the same but i will always try to match it as much as i can. please also kindly refrain from asking for progress photos.
Pick-up
When picking up your order, kindly come to the door and ring the doorbell, provide your name and i will come back with your order. i do not operate a drive through so please Don’t message me from your car to come to you as im not required to do so.
Please note that i may not be there when you are picking up your order, though someone will be there for you so please refrain from messaging me and kindly head to the front door and ring the doorbell. please only ring/message if no one is there.
When picking up your order, once it leaves my front door i am not liable for any accidents that may occur after it leaves. please ensure proper care with your order and follow the directions of the care card provided to you.
If you are arriving ahead of discussed pick up time you are required to let me know so i can see if i can accomodate you. Your order may not be ready or i may not be home so you may have to wait.
Pickup disclaimer- Due to the high amount of Late pickups i've had to introduce a late fee. After 15 minutes of discussed pick up time there will be a fee of $1 every minute of a no show. This is a firm condition, my time is as important as yours.
Delivery
Please note that all deliveries outside of bass hill and georges hall will incur a delivery fee which will vary depending on suburb/km.
Please note that the delivery time will be within 15 minutes of discussed time (to make time for traffic and other circumdstances)
When choosing delivery, please be clear on delivery date, time and address.
When choosing your delivery time, please make sure that someone will be there to receive the order and that they are aware that it is being delivered on that day and time. if no one is there to receive it, depending on the order it will be left in a cool and shady spot. if this is not possible it will be returned back and you will have to come and pick it up from georges hall.
